Política de Cambio y Devolución Uruguay
Para realizar un cambio ya sea desde Montevideo o del interior del país, el cliente deberá contactarse por mail a scarves@cetastudio.com dentro de los 30 días a partir de la fecha de compra, indicando su número de pedido y cuál es el cambio que desea realizar. El mismo debe estar en su empaque original y en las mismas condiciones que fue entregado. También deberá tener el recibo de compra. Una vez aprobado el cambio, le indicaremos dónde enviar el producto y luego de realizar un control del estado de la compra, procederemos a enviar el nuevo artículo.
El envío será sin costo para 1 solo cambio por pedido.

International Exchanges and Refunds Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a product , you first need to contact us at scarves@cetastudio.com within 10 days of your order's arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If sent back to us without first requesting a return, it will not be accepted.
Exchanges: The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
All our products are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped. However, if you should find any damage upon receipt, please contact us at scarves@cetastudio.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
